Problem → Cause → Fix

Tell mewhathurts.

Let’s make something that fixes it.

Every business has something that should be better.

Sometimes you know exactly what it is. Sometimes you only see the symptoms.

That’s where I come in.

01 — Recognize

Soundfamiliar?

None of these are unusual. They are the things owners say out loud after the third cup of coffee — and they almost never mean what they seem to mean.

The part nobody sells you

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t fixing the problem. It’s figuring out what’s actually causing it.

02 — Perspective

You know your business.I bring another perspective.

I won’t pretend to know your business better than you do.

You know your customers, your people, your operation and the things that frustrate you every day.

What I bring is a different perspective — more than 20 years of working with businesses, asking questions, finding patterns, identifying opportunities, and turning ideas into practical solutions.

Inside

You bring the experience inside your business.

Outside

I bring the experience of looking at businesses from the outside.

Somewhere in between, we usually find something worth fixing.

And the fix could be anything
  • 01Sometimes that’s technology.
  • 02Sometimes it’s automation.
  • 03Sometimes it’s changing a process.
  • 04Sometimes it’s finding a better way to sell, follow up, measure or communicate.
  • 05And sometimes it’s something nobody has built for your business before.

The solution should follow the problem — never the other way around.

Helping businessesgrow.

I’m Hector Reyes.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked with business owners to solve problems, find opportunities and grow their companies.

My background is in Business Administration, marketing and business development. I’ve worked directly with businesses across different industries and have also taught business and marketing at the graduate level.

For years, much of my work involved identifying problems, developing strategies and helping businesses figure out what they could do differently.

Then something important changed.

The tools available to us became dramatically more powerful.

Ideas that once required huge teams, enormous budgets or simply weren’t practical became possible.

That changed what I could offer business owners.

Instead of only recommending what a business could do differently, I could increasingly help create the actual solution.

That evolution led me to found

GrowthOS Systems

Today, I combine more than two decades of business experience with a new generation of tools and capabilities to help businesses understand what’s holding them back and create practical ways to improve it.

The order matters

I didn’t start with technology.I started with business.

Technology just gave me a bigger toolbox.

04 — Work

Some problemskept showing up.

After working with businesses across different industries, we started noticing patterns.

Different companies. Different owners. Different markets. But many of the frustrations were surprisingly similar.

Instead of solving the same problems from scratch every time, we started creating products around them.

01 / ContractorsLive
It started with “I never approved that.”

From the first estimateto the final approval.

GrowthOS Protect

GrowthOS Protect helps contractors sell the job, document the job and protect the money they earned.

A contractor’s problems don’t begin when a dispute happens. They begin much earlier.

You need a professional estimate. You need to know what to charge. You need the customer to say yes, and you need that yes in writing.

Then the scope changes. Extra work gets requested. Someone approves it standing in a driveway. Photos get buried in a phone. Months later, everyone remembers the conversation differently — and you still have to collect.

GrowthOS Protect · on the job
01

Price it.

Build better estimates faster, with AI-assisted pricing that helps you think through what the job should actually cost.

02

Get it signed.

Turn the estimate into a documented agreement — contracts, digital signatures, in person or from across town.

03

When the job changes, document it.

Send change orders and get extra work approved before it turns into an argument.

04

Keep the customer in the loop.

Progress, photos and updates in one place, through a customer portal instead of a buried text thread.

05

Protect what you earned.

Approvals, changes, signatures and project evidence stay together on one timeline, from first estimate to closeout.

The goal isn’t better paperwork. It’s fewer misunderstandings, clearer decisions, and a contractor who gets paid for the work he already did.

02 / Auto & TireIn the shop
It started with “We’re busy all day and still not growing.”

Busy doesn’t alwaysmean growing.

The product that came out of it

TORQOS

A shop can have cars coming in all day and still leave enormous amounts of money on the table. TORQOS helps tire and auto repair shops make more from the customers and the opportunities they already have.

The car is already on the lift. The customer is already in the waiting room. The lead already cost you money.

Then the inspection finds four things and only one gets sold. The quote never gets followed up. The customer who declined brakes in March is never called back. The one who was due for service in June quietly went somewhere else.

None of that is a traffic problem. It’s what happens to the traffic you already paid for.

01

Raise the ticket.

Surface the work that was found but never sold, so the average repair order goes up on the cars already in the bay.

02

Chase the quote.

Follow up on estimates that never became jobs, automatically, instead of hoping someone remembers.

03

Recover declined work.

The brakes they said no to in March are a scheduled conversation, not a lost sale.

04

Bring them back.

Service reminders and return visits that keep customers coming to you instead of the shop down the street.

05

Stop losing leads.

Faster follow-up on calls, forms and clicks — plus the website and Google presence that make them show up in the first place.

FoodOS

FoodOS turns the menu into a better way to sell — and then tells you what that order actually cost you to make.

Most restaurant tech starts at the back door: inventory, counts, invoices. FoodOS starts where the money comes in — the order itself.

Let people build what they actually want. Build your own pizza. Build your own bowl. Build your own plate. The restaurant defines the options, the combinations and the pricing. The customer gets control.

And every choice along the way is a natural place to offer something more: extra protein, a premium topping, a bigger size, a side, a drink. Not “would you like anything else?” at the end — the right upgrade at the right moment.

01

Build.

Create products customers can customize, with your options, your combinations, your prices.

02

Personalize.

Let the customer choose exactly how they want it — size, base, protein, toppings, sauces.

03

Add.

Make the relevant extras and upgrades easy to find at the moment they make sense.

04

Order.

A fast, simple ordering experience that doesn’t get in the customer’s way.

05

Learn.

See what people actually buy, combine and add — not what the menu assumed they would.

06

Improve.

Use it to sharpen the menu, the pricing and the offers.

How the restaurant sells

The customer builds what they actually want, and every choice is a natural chance to grow the order.

How the restaurant operates

The same system that takes the order knows what went into it: recipes, ingredient usage, purchasing, inventory, waste, labor and what’s left as margin.

05 — Anything else

But your problem doesn’t have to fitinside one of our products.

Some of the most interesting conversations start with

“I don’t know if this is possible, but…”

That’s usually a very good place to start. No brief, no budget, no idea how it would work — that is fine. The conversation is the work.

Conversations we’ve had

We started with a question

So…What hurts?

  • Maybe you’re losing money somewhere.
  • Maybe something takes too long.
  • Maybe customers keep disappearing.
  • Maybe your team is overwhelmed.
  • Maybe you’re doing something manually that makes absolutely no sense anymore.
Or maybe you simply keep thinking

“There has to be a better way to do this.”

Tell me about it.

You don’t need to prepare a presentation.

You don’t need to describe it perfectly.

Just tell me what’s happening.

We’ll start there.
